**We’re Looking for Someone Who Can “Shoot” Ads with AI** To be fair, this role sounds a little new—because it really is. We currently handle advertising for several clients across industries, from education and student recruitment to healthcare and trendy e-commerce brands. We need fresh short-form video creatives almost every day. In the past, producing these videos meant hiring a production crew, shooting footage, and editing everything afterward—which was expensive and time-consuming. But AI video tools have now reached a point where one person, equipped with the right tools, can produce the kind of output that used to require a small team. That’s exactly who we’re looking for. You’ll be responsible for using AI tools such as **Runway, Kling AI, HeyGen**, and similar platforms to turn creative ideas into short-form videos that can be used directly for advertising campaigns. You don’t need to know how to operate a camera or set up professional lighting. What matters is that you know how to “direct” AI—how to write effective prompts, generate the right visuals, and do enough editing to turn those assets into a polished, usable final video. More important than the tools, however, is having a strong instinct for one question: **“Will this video actually work?”** We’re creating ads for performance marketing, so looking good isn’t enough. The video needs to stop people from scrolling, capture attention, generate enquiries, and ultimately drive conversions. Ideally, you’re someone who naturally enjoys studying ads—someone who notices why certain ads work, why others don’t, and who is willing to create ten different versions for testing instead of spending all day perfecting just one. The tools will keep changing. In AI, there’s almost something new every month. So what matters more than what you already know today is whether you’re willing to keep learning and adapting.
