Employers using Jobsifu agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
- Comply with all applicable employment and privacy laws.
- Not discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
- Not misuse, resell, or distribute candidate data obtained through the Platform.
6. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree:
- To provide truthful information.
- Not to impersonate another individual.
- Not to submit fraudulent qualifications or employment records.
- Not to misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes.
7. AI-Powered Recommendations
Jobsifu may utilize artificial intelligence, automation, algorithms, and machine learning technologies to:
- Recommend jobs.
- Match candidates with employers.
- Rank applications.
- Generate insights and recommendations.
Jobsifu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated recommendation, score, ranking, or assessment.
Final hiring decisions remain solely with employers.
8. Employment Verification Services
Jobsifu may provide employment verification, service record verification, background verification, and related services through authorized systems, partners, or affiliated platforms.
Verification results are provided based on available information and should not be considered a guarantee of future performance, conduct, suitability, or employability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, databases, designs, graphics, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Jobsifu.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:

- Jobsifu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
Users use the Platform at their own risk.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobsifu, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Misuse of the Platform.
