About the role

Join a global BPO project supporting insurance-related systems and financial transaction processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, performing regression and API testing, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. The role involves close collaboration with development and QA teams to maintain system quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Perform automation and regression testing.
  • Test payment workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Maintain regression test suites.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, track, and resolve software defects with development and QA teams.
  • Ensure system reliability and quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in API and integration testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation testing.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, payments, or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Manager position: QA leadership/management experience with Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency.
