Hardware Technician

J&E Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technician to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, IT equipment, and related systems. You will provide technical support to customers, ensure equipment operates efficiently, and assist in delivering high-quality IT solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

• * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• * Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on computers and related devices.
• * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• * Install and configure networking equipment when required.
• * Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• * Ensure all work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.
• * Coordinate with the technical team to complete projects on schedule.
• * Perform other technical duties assigned by the company.

• * Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
• * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Good communication and customer service skills.
• * Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
• * Willing to travel for on-site installation and support when required.
• * Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
