Talent Acquisition Specialist

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Proactively source and identify potential candidates by utilizing online platforms, professional networks, and industry connections. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate on creating job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes. Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through engaging content, networking events, and partnerships. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as specified when required by the management

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required.
• Regional hiring experience across multiple countries is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
