IT Project Coordinator

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating software development projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, developers, designers, and management to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved while maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• * Coordinate and manage multiple web, mobile, and system development projects.
• * Gather and document client requirements and project specifications.
• * Prepare project timelines, schedules, and task assignments.
• * Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• * Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates.
• * Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• * Organize project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• * Track project risks, issues, and change requests.
• * Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
• * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

• * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in project coordination is an advantage.
• * Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• * Excellent communication and client management skills.
• * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
• * Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana is a plus.
• * Basic understanding of software development processes.
• * Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
