Sales Engineer

1. Identifying and qualifying potential customers within the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotechnology and healthcare sectors 2. Conducting technical assessments of customer facilities to determine cleanroom requirements and specifications 3. Preparing detailed proposals and quotations that align cleanroom solutions with customer needs and budgets 4.Delivering product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective and existing clients 5.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle 6.Providing technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure customer satisfaction 7.Collaborating with internal teams including engineering, manufacturing and project management to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery 8.Gathering market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and service improvements 9.Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities 10. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue objectives

• 1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field
• 2.Proven sales experience in B2B technical or industrial sectors, preferably within cleanroom technology, HVAC systems, or manufacturing solutions
• 3.Strong technical knowledge of cleanroom design, air handling systems, contamination control and relevant regulatory standards
• 4.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• 5.Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions that address their specific challenges
• 6.Experience in preparing technical proposals, quotations and project specifications
• 7.Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• 8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• 9.Willingness to travel to customer facilities for site assessments and presentations
• 10.Knowledge of ISO cleanroom standards, pharmaceutical GMP requirements or semiconductor industry specifications is advantageous
