Job summary
BrandMe Associates is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and 3D designs for exhibition booths, events, roadshows, brand activations, retail displays, and experiential projects.
About the role
- Develop creative concepts and design proposals for exhibition booths, events, roadshows, brand activations, and retail displays.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Translate client briefs and requirements into creative design concepts.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, layouts, and design details where required.
- Develop designs that are both visually appealing and practical for fabrication and installation.
- Work closely with the Sales and Project teams to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Draughtsmen, Production, Project Managers, and suppliers to ensure designs can be executed accurately.
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the project.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with current trends in exhibition, event, retail, and experiential design.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers when required.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and 3D designs for exhibitions, events, roadshows, and brand activations.
- Prepare design layouts, renderings, and client presentations based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while meeting project timelines and budgets.
- Manage multiple projects and provide creative guidance to junior designers when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in exhibition, event, interior, retail, or experiential design.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max is required.
- Experience with V-Ray / Corona Renderer or other rendering software is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D exhibition booth, event, interior, or commercial design projects.
- Good understanding of materials, fabrication methods, structures, and on-site installation is highly preferred.
- Able to interpret client briefs and develop concepts from initial ideas through to final design.
- Strong creative, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to attend site visits and support on-site projects when required.
