Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, mobile applications, social media, and print materials. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, marketers, and clients to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences while ensuring brand consistency across all projects.

• * Lead the design and execution of creative projects from concept to completion.
• * Create branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• * Design engaging social media content, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• * Produce website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements for web and mobile applications.
• * Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• * Present design concepts and revisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• * Mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining design quality standards.
• * Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI creative tools, and industry best practices.
• * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• * Ensure all creative assets align with brand identity and business objectives.

• * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• * Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• * Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, UI/UX, and creative design projects.
• * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• * Experience with Canva, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is an advantage.
• * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• * Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• * Ability to lead projects, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple deadlines.
