Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities: • Animation & Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renders, focusing on shading, lighting, and camera movement. • Asset Creation: Design and model 3D assets, environments, and typography. • Post-Production: Composite 3D elements, integrate live-action footage, and finalize video edits for broadcast or digital platforms. • Concept Development: Translate creative briefs and storyboards into compelling 3D motion sequences. • Collaboration: Work alongside Art Directors and fellow designers to align with brand guidelines. • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

• • Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools like Cinema 4D, Blender,
• Maya, and compositing software like Adobe After Effects.
• • Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of color theory, lighting, composition,
• and typography.
• • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot rendering, animation, and technical pipeline
• issues.
• • Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or
• Multimedia.
• • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a creative agency, production
• studio, or financial investment industry.
