Supply Chain Executive
We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain functions covers procurement, vendor management, inventory control, domestic/international logistics, and import/export shipping compliance.
1. Source suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, generate Purchase Orders (POs), and monitor vendor delivery performance. 2. Coordinate end-to-end transportation with domestic carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to optimize shipping costs and transit times. 3. Prepare import/export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin) and ensure full compliance with customs regulations. 4. Track stock levels, conduct reconciliation, monitor reorder points, and coordinate with warehouse teams on inbound/outbound shipments. 5. Identify bottleneck risks, streamline procurement-to-delivery workflows, and resolve shipment delays or product discrepancies. 6. Take up any other tasks assign by management.
- 1. Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
- 3. Strong knowledge of procurement, shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and quality inspection procedures.
- 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- 6. Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
