About the role
Assist in identifying industrial property opportunities, creating marketing materials, managing digital campaigns, and supporting sales operations using AI tools and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly industrial-area scouting and record property information.
- Capture property photos and videos with appropriate permission.
- Create property listings, posters, brochures, and proposals.
- Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos.
- Manage social media and property portal advertisements.
- Track enquiries, update CRM records, and qualify leads.
- Arrange appointments and refer qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Explore AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree student in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantages.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, photography, video editing, or social media.
- Organized, observant, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable with office work and field assignments.
- Driving license and suitable transportation preferred.
What we offer
Monthly allowance of RM1,000–RM1,200, depending on academic level.
Hybrid working arrangement, with up to two work-from-home days subject to approval.
