Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant
Golden Age Care Centre is looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. Training is provided for suitable candidates.
As a Caregiver, you will provide daily assistance and personal care to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health conditions, and work closely with nurses and the care team to deliver high-quality residential care.
- * Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- * Monitor residents' health and report any changes to supervisors.
- * Assist with medication reminders and meal assistance when required.
- * Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- * Record daily care activities accurately.
- * Follow infection control, safety, and care procedures.
- * Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
- * Perform other caregiving duties assigned by management.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- * Experience in elderly care, nursing, or caregiving is an advantage.
- * Compassionate, patient, and caring personality.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Physically fit and able to assist elderly residents.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- * Basic First Aid or Caregiver certification is an added advantage.
