We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at Foo Sun Mini Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling daily sales transactions, operating the cash register, processing cash and cashless payments, and assisting customers with their purchases. You will also help maintain a clean and organized checkout area, replenish products when needed, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the mini market.
- * Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- * Accept cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallet payments.
- * Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges according to company procedures.
- * Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
- * Replenish shelves and assist with basic merchandising when required.
- * Perform daily cash balancing and prepare end-of-day reports.
- * Assist customers with product inquiries and store promotions.
- * Support other store operations as assigned.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- * Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.
