Luck Bros Kopi is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our café operations. As an Outlet Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the café, manage staff performance, maintain high service and food quality standards, control inventory and costs, and ensure the outlet achieves its sales and operational goals. You will lead the team to provide an exceptional dining experience while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- * Manage the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- * Lead, train, motivate, and supervise outlet staff.
- * Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback or complaints.
- * Monitor sales performance and achieve outlet sales targets.
- * Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.
- * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- * Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance.
- * Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and outlet performance.
- * Coordinate promotional activities and improve operational efficiency.
- * Perform other duties assigned by management.
- * Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with supervisory or management experience.
- * Strong leadership and team management skills.
- * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- * Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- * Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- * Responsible, organized, and results-driven.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
