Luck Bros Kopi is looking for a responsible and motivated Outlet Supervisor to lead our café operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the café, manage and motivate team members, ensure high service standards, and maintain smooth outlet operations. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, staff scheduling, inventory control, and achieving outlet performance goals.
- * Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- * Lead, train, and motivate service crew and baristas.
- * Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- * Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
- * Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders when necessary.
- * Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- * Assist in achieving sales targets and outlet performance goals.
- * Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and outlet documentation.
- * Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- * Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- * Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- * At least 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- * Strong leadership and team management skills.
- * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Responsible, proactive, and able to solve problems effectively.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management is an advantage.
