About the role

1- Supervision & Manpower Manage manpower and production line operations Plan manpower according to production requirements Monitor production performance and daily targets. Prepare stock take reports. 2- Quality & Safety Ensure production follows SOP, ISO and safety requirements. Prepare and maintain production documents, check sheets and records Improve production workflow and efficiency 3- Continuous improvement Support Kaizen and improvements activities Identify ways to improve productivity and reduce production problems Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Responsibilities
  • 1- Supervision & Manpower for production worker
  • 2- Quality & Safety (ISO & SOP)
  • 3- Continuous improvement ( improve productivity and reduce production problems)
Requirements
  • Min 1 year experience in manufacturer production
  • 1 year contract
  • Preferable Male
  • Able to work at Shah Alam Sek 33
  • 5 working days (8am-5.30pm), no shift required
