Senior Purchasing Executive

1. Liaise with Technical Advisor and Warehouse regarding materials requirement 2. Develop requirements and specifications of items to be purchased 3. Manage and fix the ordering point or level of stock items 4. Review purchase requisition and prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on order and deliveries of stock items 5. Source new suppliers and analyse supplier capabilities in term of price, quality and delivery time 6. Invade and analyse bids if required 7. Oversee and coordinate daily shipping activities, including export and local delivery 8. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, export permits, customs declarations) 9. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents to arrange shipments and ensure compliance with regulations 10. Coordinate closely with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse, finance) to align shipping plans with customer orders 11. Track shipment status and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve delivery issues 12. Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, shipment delays, and cost analysis 13. Oversee and supervise daily work of staffs to ensure following SOP and safety standards

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• At least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing, negotiation and purchase order management.
• Good analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet delivery deadlines.
