Beyond Hardware is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support our retail and business customers. You will be responsible for recommending suitable hardware products, preparing quotations, following up on sales enquiries, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to achieve sales targets. Experience in hardware, construction materials, or building supplies will be an added advantage.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable hardware and building material products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and retail customers.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and product displays are organized.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (SPM holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience in hardware, construction, or building materials is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
