Job summary
We are looking for an organized and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to support daily customer orders, coordinate order fulfilment and delivery arrangements, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

About the role
Receive, process, and monitor customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange order picking, packing, and preparation.
Liaise with customers to arrange delivery schedules and provide order updates.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
Follow up on pending orders, delivery status, and order discrepancies.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and documentation.
Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a Diploma is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order processing is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and handle customer enquiries effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Willing to work on a rotational Sunday schedule, with five working days per week.
