Sales Executive (Lifestyle Products)
Drive lifestyle product sales, engage customers, and grow new business opportunities through product knowledge and excellent service.
Responsibilities 1. Sales & Customer Support Support the sales team in promoting and selling lifestyle products. Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs. Handle customer enquiries and provide pre-sales product guidance. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners. Follow up on sales enquiries and opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets. 2. Product Knowledge & Technical Support Develop a good understanding of the company's lifestyle products, features and applications. Provide basic technical guidance to customers on product setup, usage and troubleshooting. Assist customers in resolving product-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. Keep updated on new products, product changes and product discontinuation (EOL). 3. Market & Competitor Research Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities. Gather market feedback and provide relevant information to the sales and management team. Identify potential sales opportunities and new business prospects. 4. Sales & Product Support Assist in sales presentations, product demonstrations, roadshows and promotional activities. Support the sales team with product information and relevant sales materials. Contribute to the development and maintenance of product knowledge resources. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support and order fulfilment. 5. Other Responsibilities Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities. Willing to travel outstation when required. Perform other duties and assignments as reasonably assigned by the management. Skills & Competencies Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to explain product features and technical information clearly. Good sales and negotiation skills. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Adaptable and willing to learn new products and technologies. Good time management and organisational skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales, retail sales, counter sales or product specialist experience.
- Experience in lifestyle products, consumer electronics, imaging, IT products or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of basic sales principles and processes.
- Good product-learning ability with an interest in technology and lifestyle products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel outstation when required.
- Possess a positive attitude, proactive approach and strong customer focus.
