Job summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to support our growing workforce within the FMCG/Retail industry. This is a hands-on role covering Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Performance Management and Employer Branding. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented and able to take ownership of HR initiatives while working in a growing environment.
About the role
This role is suited for an experienced HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership of recruitment and HR initiatives, while also contributing to employee engagement, workplace culture, performance management and employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Manage employee benefits, welfare programmes and HR-related enquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance reviews and KPI tracking with department heads
- Support the identification of employee development needs and areas for improvement
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is preferred
- Exposure to employee engagement, culture building, employee benefits and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives
- Proactive, organised and resourceful, with the ability to work in a growing environment
- Experience in Employer Branding, recruitment marketing or social media content will be an added advantage
