As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- * Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- * Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- * Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries.
- * Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organized.
- * Prepare tables before and after customer use.
- * Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- * Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- * Assist with opening and closing duties.
- * Support other restaurant operations as assigned.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
