As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, preparing beverages and simple food items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the café. You will play an important role in creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience for every customer.
- * Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- * Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- * Prepare coffee, beverages, and simple food items according to company standards.
- * Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and workstations.
- * Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks.
- * Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- * Assist with opening and closing duties.
- * Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Previous F&B or café experience is an added advantage.
