Tax Executive / Tax Associate

CGC Corporate Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Executive to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tax computations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, assisting clients with tax planning and advisory matters, and supporting tax filings while delivering excellent client service.

• * Prepare corporate and individual tax computations and tax returns.
• * Ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory compliance.
• * Assist clients with tax planning, tax advisory, and compliance matters.
• * Liaise with the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and other regulatory authorities.
• * Handle tax audits, investigations, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• * Keep up to date with Malaysian tax laws and regulatory changes.
• * Prepare tax-related reports and supporting documentation.
• * Assist senior team members with advisory and consulting assignments.
• * Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• * Perform other tax and administrative duties as assigned.

• * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in taxation or public accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions).
• * Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• * Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
• * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• * Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CTIM or equivalent) are an added advantage.
