Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support the company's financial operations.
Key selling points
Competitive salary of RM4,000 – RM5,000 per month.
Five-day working week.
Fixed working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
About the role
### Job Description – Accounts Executive
- Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, reports, and supporting records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
- Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and accounting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
