Luck Bros Kopi is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Bakery Crew to join our bakery team. If you have a passion for baking, food preparation, and delivering fresh, high-quality bakery products, we'd love to welcome you. No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
As a Bakery Crew, you will assist in preparing, baking, decorating, and packaging bakery products while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards. You will work closely with the bakery team to ensure fresh products are available daily and customers receive the best bakery experience.
- * Assist in preparing and baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
- * Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- * Decorate, package, and display bakery items attractively.
- * Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment, and workstations.
- * Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- * Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- * Support daily bakery operations and production planning.
- * Assist with opening and closing duties.
- * Perform other bakery-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Passion for baking and food preparation.
- * Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- * Good teamwork and communication skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Previous bakery or F&B experience is an added advantage.
