Beauty / Cosmetics Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Beauty / Cosmetics Sales Executive to join our team in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for promoting beauty and cosmetic products, understanding customers' needs, providing suitable product recommendations and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has a strong interest in beauty products and is motivated by sales targets and incentives. This role is suitable for candidates who are confident, energetic and enjoy working in a customer-facing sales environment.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, retail or related industries.
• Candidates with strong sales ability but without beauty industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated by commission/incentives.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics and skincare products is an advantage.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Position is based in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

• Promote and sell beauty and cosmetic products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide professional product explanations and beauty-related advice.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to drive repeat sales.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and beauty trends.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update customer information when required.
