Telemarketing
We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to promote our mobile and internet services. You will contact potential customers, understand their needs, introduce suitable service packages, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving sales targets.
As a Telemarketing, you will be responsible for promoting mobile and internet services through outbound calls. You will communicate with potential customers, introduce suitable packages, answer enquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in converting prospects into customers. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in communication, enjoy speaking with customers, and are motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote mobile and internet service packages.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and potential leads.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
