As a Childcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily care and supervision for children, supporting their learning and development, assisting with activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with the teaching team to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- * Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- * Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap time.
- * Support educational, creative, and recreational activities.
- * Monitor children's behaviour, health, and overall well-being.
- * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- * Communicate professionally with parents and guardians when required.
- * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and childcare policies.
- * Work closely with teachers and colleagues to support children's development.
- * Perform other childcare-related duties as assigned.
- * Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in childcare is an advantage.
- * Passionate about working with young children.
- * Patient, caring, responsible, and positive attitude.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- * Basic First Aid or Early Childhood Education certification is an advantage.
- * Willing to learn and continuously improve.
