Part Time Teacher
Genius Mind Academy is looking for passionate, patient, and enthusiastic Part-Time Teachers to join our education team. If you enjoy working with children and are passionate about helping students improve their learning, memory, creativity, and confidence, we'd love to have you as part of our growing academy.
As a Part-Time Teacher, you will be responsible for conducting classes, guiding students through learning activities, monitoring their progress, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. Training and teaching materials will be provided to help you deliver effective and enjoyable lessons.
- * Conduct classes according to the academy's teaching methodology.
- * Guide and motivate students during learning activities.
- * Create a fun, interactive, and positive learning environment.
- * Monitor students' learning progress and provide feedback.
- * Prepare teaching materials before each class.
- * Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students' safety.
- * Communicate with parents when necessary regarding student progress.
- * Attend training sessions and staff meetings when required.
- * Support academy events and educational activities.
- * Minimum Diploma or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- * Fresh graduates and university students are welcome to apply.
- * Passionate about teaching and working with children.
- * Patient, caring, responsible, and energetic.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work on weekends or flexible part-time schedules.
- * No teaching experience required; training will be provided.
- * Experience in tuition centres or childcare is an added advantage.
