Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Education Specialists to assist us in reaching out to potential clients at various education and children-related events to talk about our products and services. If you have strong communication skills and are comfortable approaching and conversing with parents, teachers and the general public, we'd love to meet you!

You will help to create awareness on how our edu-tech solutions can help elevate children's learning and growth
THE CLIENTS
You will connect with parents and teachers who are looking for better ways to understand children and their specific learning needs

You will help our clients discover dynamic ways to support their children's academic and career pathways
Responsibilities
- Represent the company in campaigns, exhibitions, conferences and other dedicated events
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through one-on-one networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients, paying close attention to questions and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Handle clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers to share with internal teams for continuous improvements
Requirements
- English and Chinese languages required
- At least 1 year of inside / outside sales experience
- Friendly and comfortable particularly around parents, teachers and children
- Confident, with strong communication skills
- Good in time management and meeting deadlines
