Luck Bros Kopi is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our growing café team. If you love coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and take pride in crafting quality beverages, we'd love to have you on board. Whether you're experienced or new to the coffee industry, training will be provided.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining café cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the café. You will ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional coffee experience.
- * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- * Operate espresso machines and café equipment safely and efficiently.
- * Welcome customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee bar, and workstations.
- * Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- * Recommend beverages and menu items to customers.
- * Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
- * Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- * Work closely with the service crew to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Passion for coffee and customer service.
- * Friendly, positive, and responsible attitude.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Previous café or barista experience is an added advantage.
