As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving customers promptly, and ensuring karaoke rooms and dining areas are clean and comfortable. You will work closely with the team to deliver an enjoyable entertainment experience for every customer.
- * Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- * Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- * Ensure karaoke rooms and dining areas are clean and well-prepared.
- * Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries.
- * Recommend menu items and promotions to customers.
- * Assist with opening and closing duties.
- * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- * Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- * Support daily outlet operations and work closely with team members.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and evening hours.
- * Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
- * Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an added advantage.
