Slowbar by Kopi Cat is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. Whether you're experienced or new to coffee, training will be provided for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining café cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer. You will also support daily café operations while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- * Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
- * Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment.
- * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- * Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
- * Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- * Follow food safety and quality standards.
- * Recommend beverages and menu items to customers.
- * Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Passion for coffee and customer service.
