As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every customer enjoys a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- * Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- * Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- * Serve food and drinks promptly according to company standards.
- * Prepare and clean dining tables before and after customer use.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and workstations.
- * Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally.
- * Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- * Assist with opening and closing duties.
- * Support other restaurant operations as assigned.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
