VUVU Holding Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our café team. If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with customers, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to have you on board. Whether you're experienced or just starting your coffee journey, training will be provided.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining café cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the café. You will ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable café experience.
- * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- * Operate espresso machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- * Welcome customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- * Monitor inventory and replenish ingredients and supplies when required.
- * Recommend menu items and promote seasonal beverages or promotions.
- * Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
- * Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- * Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
- * Friendly, positive, and responsible attitude.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Previous café or F&B experience is an added advantage.
