Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile and internet services to new and existing customers. You will identify sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable service packages, and guide customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving sales targets. You will also maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on potential leads to maximise sales opportunities.

• Promote and sell mobile and internet service packages.
• Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or packages.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to close sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Prepare and maintain sales records and customer information.
• Keep updated on products, packages, promotions, and industry developments.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, telecommunications, internet services, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with customers.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
