Chillax Café is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment, providing excellent customer service, and creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to have you on board.
As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, preparing beverages and light meals, maintaining café cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the café. You will play an important role in ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- * Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- * Prepare coffee, beverages, and simple food items according to company standards.
- * Serve food and drinks promptly.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and workstations.
- * Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks.
- * Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- * Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- * Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- * Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided).
- * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
- * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Previous café or F&B experience is an added advantage.
