About the role
About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our BPO team at KL Sentral. In this role, you will handle customer enquiries through inbound & outbound calls and online chats, provide professional customer support, and assist with sales activities. You will also be responsible for achieving individual and team KPI, SLA and sales targets. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and sales, with SPM holders and candidates without direct Customer Service experience welcome to apply if they have good communication skills.

Requirements

  • ✅ SPM holders are welcome
  • ✅ Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
  • ✅ Tele-sales experience preferred
  • ✅ Strong BPO / Customer Service experience will also be considered
  • ✅ Able to start immediately / by 10 September 2026
