Telemarketing Support Executive

As a Telemarketing Support Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, following up on enquiries, scheduling appointments, updating customer information, and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will play an important role in building customer relationships and supporting business growth through excellent communication and service.

• * Contact potential and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• * Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
• * Follow up on customer enquiries and appointments.
• * Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
• * Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• * Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• * Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• * Prepare simple reports and daily activity updates.
• * Achieve daily and monthly call targets while maintaining service quality.
• * Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

• * SPM, Diploma, or higher qualification.
• * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• * Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, call centre, or sales support is an advantage.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Confident speaking over the phone.
• * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
• * Positive attitude, responsible, and target-oriented.
• * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
