About the role

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting job seekers with suitable employment opportunities, particularly Singapore-based positions. You will communicate with candidates, understand their career goals, recommend suitable jobs, and guide them throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • • Recommend suitable Singapore job opportunities to candidates
  • • Communicate with job seekers and understand their career needs
  • • Arrange and coordinate interviews
  • • Follow up on interview results and onboarding progress
  • • Promote job opportunities and attract candidates
  • • Build and maintain good relationships with candidates
